Brain-stimulating frequencies in the „alpha,“ „beta,“ and „theta“ wave range, known as „binaural beats,“ are delivered through headphones to increase learning readiness and concentration. |

| Our innovative light glasses allow you to continue your education in a relaxed state. These innovative, specially developed light glasses stimulate light pulses in RGB colors that are precisely matched to the audio content. The light pulses help relax the eye muscles. Furthermore, the vibrations specifically influence the brain, putting you in a receptive and relaxed state. |
| RCS sound design is the third component of RelaxCoaching. With RCS sound design, the modulated coaching content is additionally accompanied by modern 3D audio and film music to stimulate emotions. RCS sound design supports the internalization and deepening of the content. This ensures that the content remains in the memory longer and more profoundly. |

| As a certified corporate prevention and health manager, I often ask myself how we as humans can be healthier, happier, and more fulfilled.
